Who we are

DoNoHarm - Bauer & Eide GbR does business as Menderlinks. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Menderlinks" mean this service.

What Menderlinks does

Menderlinks checks websites for broken links. If you enable snapshots, we may keep a copy of linked pages so a vanished destination does not leave your readers stranded.

Your account

Give us accurate contact details and keep your account safe. You are responsible for what happens through your account.

Sites and links

Only add sites you own or are allowed to monitor. You also allow Menderlinks to visit pages and links as needed to provide the service.

Billing

Paddle handles payments for Menderlinks. We do not store your card details.

Paid top-ups buy a non-transferable Menderlinks usage balance for link checks and snapshots only. The balance is not cash, virtual currency, gift card, or voucher. It is not store credit and cannot be traded, transferred, or used outside Menderlinks.

Within 30 days of a paid top-up, you can ask us to refund the unused part through Paddle to the original payment method. Used balance, free trial balance, and bonus balance are not refundable. This does not limit any mandatory legal rights you have.

Automatic top-up

If you turn on automatic top-up, Menderlinks can add your chosen amount when your balance runs low. You can turn it off any time. After it is off, there will be no future automatic top-ups.

Fair use

Do not use Menderlinks for illegal activity, abuse, security testing without permission, or copying content in a way you are not allowed to.

Availability and liability

We run Menderlinks with care, but it may be wrong or unavailable sometimes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, or damage caused by using or being unable to use Menderlinks.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will give reasonable notice.
